Rod holes & cracks in your pour concrete foundation can leave you with a leaky basement. We use a special polyurethane injection method to fill voids in the foundation to prevent water from seeping inside and creating hazard like mold growth and standing water.
Leaks in tie rod holes can lead to various types of damage, including mold and pest infestations due to the dampness in the openings, erosion of concrete from constant freezing and thawing, and increasingly noticeable stains.
